Spay Illinois the Pet Well Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative Near Lisle, IL

Spay Illinois Pet Well Clinic is a nonprofit veterinary clinic on a mission to remove the financial barriers to veterinary care by making it accessible and affordable for everyone. Located in the southwest Chicago suburb of Lisle, Illinois, we operate a high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter center and a wellness clinic. Spay Illinois believes people love their pets and want the best for them. With this daily mindset, we exist to serve and share information with pet owners in a non-judgmental, respectful way.

We seek a full-time client service representative (CSR). The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the face of our organization. This team member is the bridge between our clients and the medical care their pets receive. They are customer-facing and typically the first point of contact. A CSR's role is vital to our organization. They cultivate a positive relationship between Spay Illinois and the individuals in our community looking for quality and accessible veterinary care. This team member provides outstanding customer service to the members of our community.

The CSR should be a compassionate individual who is motivated by serving underserved people and their pets. All levels of experience are welcome to apply, and mentoring is available.

Some of the requirements for this position are:

  • Provide authentic customer service interactions and experiences that showcase care, empathy, and quality.
  • Assist customers with setting appointments, checking in and out, filling prescriptions, answering questions, taking payments, and answering phones in our call center.
  • You will be responsible for learning basic veterinary medical concepts, including but not limited to vaccine protocols and anesthetic risks.
  • You will communicate with the public daily and in a professional manner.
