As our multimedia specialist, you will support SpawGlass’ communication efforts by creating, producing and coordinating multimedia materials, including videos, website and photography. Every day, we’ll rely on you to capture and develop original, digital materials that reflect SpawGlass’ culture and values while remaining on-brand. To thrive in this role, you should have formal training in the fundamentals of video direction and production; website development; and photography coordination and live teamwork by collaborating with other team members. You should also be willing to travel throughout Texas to capture videos and photos of SpawGlass projects and events.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute innovative video and moving graphics projects that authentically reflect SpawGlass' culture and values, resulting in increased brand recognition and engagement
• Enhance the effectiveness of the external website by consistently updating content, optimizing SEO strategies, and analyzing traffic metrics to identify opportunities for organic growth and improved user experience
• Efficiently coordinate and direct professional photography assignments, ensuring high-quality visuals for various needs such as projects, headshots, and action photos, aligning with SpawGlass' branding objectives
• Strategically plan and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the team, aiming to enhance brand awareness, promote services, and drive audience engagement, measured through increased open rates and click-through rates
• Regularly track and report on website analytics, email marketing campaign performance, and other digital initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve measurable outcomes
• Monitor industry-related news and trends, conduct research, and develop digital projects to enhance SpawGlass' online presence and foster greater engagement within the digital environment

• Experience in multimedia marketing and/or college graduate with related degree
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud software, e.g. Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat; video production and editing software; email marketing platforms; social media platforms; SEO tools; Google Analytics; WordPress; HTML; CSS; JavaScript
• Experience working with professional photographers providing direction for architectural and people-focused images
