Spathe is currently searching for a Program Analyst, Entry Level to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.

Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. As a small business with a tight knit family feel, Spathe empowers its employees to solve problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical consultative services required to administer programs throughout all phases of business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation.
• Analyzes and review budgets, schedules and other program resources.
• Participate in analysis sessions to provide program requirements. 
• Consider alternatives and develop recommendations, identify, communicate and resolve risks. 
• Research and analyze resource material.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• TS/SCI
