Reporting to the onsite Registration Lead, this position is mainly responsible for working an onsite zone within registration to produce a successful registration experience for Spartan Race customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of onsite-registration equipment and setup
• Registering each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
• Help manage registration volunteers during event days
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide wrap-up and completion materials including post-race inventory.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions.
• Be comfortable traveling 50 days or more during the year.
• Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving.
• Thrive in an environment of process, creative thinking and problem solving.
