The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will be responsible for managing the communication and implementation of all Digital Media campaigns for the Spartan Brand. Objectives include, but are not limited to, driving race registrations, enhancing brand awareness, increasing shop revenue, and acquiring new leads, all within strong company standards and KPIs. The DMM is instrumental in driving the brand forward within the digital space.
Job Description:
Plan and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to support new user acquisition and retention via paid channels
Partner with BI & partner agency teams to lead the reporting across all paid media channels
Assist in the creation and activation of localized playbooks and assets
Maintain and ensure accuracy of data sets for key benchmarking and reporting documents
Lead and manage daily tasks related to optimization
Create measurement plans, setup & test tracking, lead QA process
Manage relationships with multiple external vendors/agencies
Qualifications:
4 years experience in performance marketing insights, optimization and activation. Candidates must have in platform paid channel experience and experience with leading analysis and optimization.
Required Platform Experience:
Paid Platforms: META, TIK TOK, Google Ads
Analytics Tools: GA4 or HEAP, Google Tag Manager
