Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Boston, MA. As the Director of Global CRM at Spartan, you will be responsible for leading and implementing global CRM strategies, driving customer retention, and optimizing customer lifecycle marketing programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM campaigns, analyze customer data, and identify opportunities for personalization and engagement. Additionally, you will oversee the global email and sms solution (tools, negotiations, contracts and budgets) for all brands Spartan, SpartanTrail, DEKA and ToughMudder.
