Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Data Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for auditing, validating, instrumenting data flows, and ensuring accuracy, automation, and effective use of data. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance, data quality, data integration, and data analytics. The Data Operations Manager will work closely with Technology and Marketing teams to drive insights and enable data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Audit and validate data flows to ensure data quality and integrity
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
Collaborate with Technology and Marketing teams to ensure data is collected, stored, and used effectively
Instrument data flows for automation and efficiency
Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance data quality and accuracy
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making
Manage data-related projects and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management
*Role is remote. However, employee should be able to come to Orlando,FL office if necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related field
Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and data quality
Experience with data management tools, such as ETL, data profiling, and data quality tools
Proficient in SQL and other data querying languages
Experience with dashboard and reporting tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
