Corporate Controller

Sparta Networking is currently seeking an experienced Controller for our client, an established company that is expanding operations in the US. You will be working with a skilled and diverse team while overseeing all aspects of financial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.

Duties:

• Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial guidance and support to department heads and senior management.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems, processes, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes, and implement best practices within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

• Sumter, SC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
