Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to utilize your skills and experience to
enhance user experiences and drive business objectives on a variety of moderately-complex programs to ensure that products are in accordance with quality requirements.
What You'll Be Doing:- Identify and apply CCMI Development best practices to the development and maintenance of project management, process management, and engineering processes..
- Administer the Organizational Change Request (OCR) system for processing
improvements and corrections to the Organizational Standard Process (OSP). - Maintain established OSP elements and developing new OSP elements IAW the organizational CCB decisions.
- Participate in the development of Agile Scrum/Sprint Development Lifecycle Model.
- Evaluate proposed improvements to the OSP and develop recommendations for disposition of proposed improvements.
- Present improvements to the managerial level organizational configuration control board for final dispositioning.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline
- At least 10 years working in Quality Assurance or related roles
- Knowledge of Quality Management practices, processes and current technologies
- Ability to communicate clearly, conduct presentations to management, and interface effectively with a diverse group of professionals
- CMMI Certifications
- Technical and business writing
- Configuration Management experience
- Change Control Board (CCB) experience
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:- Experience working on US Army DoD programs
- Project Management experience
- Process engineering experience

Salary Range:
$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
