Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening
• Acquire Product knowledge including features and benefits across the Toyota lineup
• Keep up with competitive knowledge about the brands we compete with
• Demonstrate vehicles including test drives
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
• Maintain a Customer Relationship management system (Dealer Socket)
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products
• Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in our service department
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements - Sales Consultant:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not necessary, we provide training. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
