We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to start immediately. The successful candidate must be experienced and pay excellent attention to detail. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities - Warranty Administrator:

• Accurately code and submit factory warranty, extended warranty, and maintenance plan claims in applicable systems
• Follow-up on all claims to ensure timely payment
• Promptly review and address all rejected claims and/or those requiring additional attention
• Audit dealership documentation to confirm compliance of factory/distributor standards
• Assist in the administration of warranty parts such as recording required dates, pictures, and disposal
• Stay up-to-date on service campaigns, bulletins, and announcements and effectively communicate changes with Service & Parts Managers
• Post and reconcile factory warranty, extended warranty, and maintenance plan receivable payments
• Maintain accounting schedules and posting journal adjustments as approved by the Service & Parts Managers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements - Warranty Administrator:

• Previous Experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator required
• Toyota experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in person
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational/ sequencing skills
• Working knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and procedures
• General knowledge of product installation activities
• Valid Driver's License
