Sparks Toyota is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant for our busy dealership. You must be able to do basic accounting functions. Dealership accounting experience is a plus. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the Administration of Dealership accounting functions. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Accounting Assistant - Job Responsibilities:

• Billing all new and used sales into the accounting system.
• Processing sales commissions.
• Processing lien payoff checks.
• Reconciling vehicle inventory schedules.
• Processing Dealer Trades.
• Processing warranty/insurance cancellations.
• Providing administrative support to Controller and HR Manager as needed.

Accounting Assistant - Requirements:

• Previous Automotive Accounting Experience is required!
• Knowledge of CDK (formerly ADP) required.
• Must be honest, people-oriented, organized and able to handle high volume.
• Must be a good team-player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain a professional image and demeanor
• Computer proficiency required - (Internet, MS Outlook, Excel)
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
