Sparks Group is Hiring a Remote Remote Data Entry Specialist
Sparks Group has partnered with a Specialty Materials Co. Located in Charlotte, NC. Together we are recruiting for Data Entry Specialists to support an upcoming system update project. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry during this critical phase. This roles is 100% remote and requires the candidate to to provide their own computer/laptop, and reliable broadband internet service.
Remote employees must reside in: MD, DC, VA, FL, TX, TN, MA, MO, OH, NC, AL, and OK
Responsibilities:
- Manually key in information into the ERP system.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to address issues identified during data entry.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Provide strong customer service to internal customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or related roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft AX or Dynamics 365 is a plus
Contract Duration: Approximately 2 months (with potential for extension)
