• Assist with Period end close.
• Responsible for applying customer payments and follow up with any customer with outstanding payments.
• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices, monitor expenses, and keep a record of it for tax purposes.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements, inventory, and intercompany.
• Prepare monthly and weekly sales reports for the CEO, Sales personnel, and National sales manager.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors and tax accountants.
• Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
• Report to the Controller with timely and accurate financial information.
• Assume responsibility for other tasks as requested by the Controller and CEO.
• A "can do" attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfort with accountability and ability to absorb feedback and engage in self-improvement.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and optimism.
• Ability to reflect and adjust to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience in an accounting position
• Ability to collaborate and multi-task meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in accounting platforms

Pay Range: Salary $70,000.00 to $75,000.00
