Sparkling Image has an immediate opportunity for an Oil Change Manager at our location Nashua, NH Location.

Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail carters & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

Up to $85,000 annual compensation (bonus and salary)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced manager to run our oil change business. The Manager will be on the floor, servicing automobiles and interacting with customers. No experience required in this field, complete training program that teaches you the how to successfully operate one of our stores.

We are looking for candidates who:

· Have outstanding customer service skills and an outgoing attitude.

· Desire to learn how to manage high volume customer driven activity in a fast- paced, outdoor environment.

· Have a strong desire to drive revenue through a production environment.

· Are interested in team building including training and development of staff.

Requirements:

· Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution experience.

· The ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong work ethic
