We have an Immediate Opening for a Fast Track Manager at our Conroe, TX location!

Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands. We are looking to hire a motivated and hungry individual for our Fast Track Manager in Conroe, TX.

Earn up to $15-$16/hour

What is the Fast Track Manager plan?

This role is for people at any point in their career, that want to make something more of it. You'll be put in a position in which you'll learn all aspects on how to run one of these million-dollar operations. You'll develop valuable leadership skills, as well as financial acumen and much more. If you've been in a leadership position prior, fantastic! We'll work with you to sharpen those tools you already possess as well as supplement it with training of our own.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working outdoors with high energy.
• Candidates coming from the restaurant/food industries, as well as retail & hospitality do well in these roles
• Open schedule availability with full time hours including weekends.
• Outgoing personality with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people and conflict resolutions skills.
• Desire to grow and develop professionally within the company.
• Must be 18 to apply.
• A valid USA driver's license
