We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and disinfect common areas, including break rooms, kitchens, and conference rooms.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Monitor building security and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
