Sparkle Pools, Inc is a reputable provider of pool maintenance and construction services, committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Tech Helper to assist our technicians with pool openings, large jobs. and pool closings.

**Job Description:**

As a Tech Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technicians during pool openings, closings, and other large projects that require an extra set of hands. You will work closely with the lead technician to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist technicians with pool openings, including removing covers, cleaning filters, testing water chemistry, and starting up equipment.

- Help prepare job sites for large construction projects, including gathering materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring all necessary tools are available.

- Work alongside technicians to complete tasks such as excavating, plumbing, installing equipment, and finishing pool surfaces.

- Assist tech with pool closings in the fall, including covering large swimming pools.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

- Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in pool maintenance or construction is preferred but not required.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

- Good physical condition, able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation to our office - you will ride with someone from there.

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
