Job Summary:

The Tier One Support and Quality Assurance position will provide basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in resolving their issues and entering data for drug and alcohol service clients. Support tasks may entail answering FAQs related to our software and services, account setup, passcode resets, features or general usage questions. Logging customer interactions, creating support tickets, and escalating issues when needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via e-mail and phone.
  • Deliver administrative support including data entry, maintaining testing records, confirming that services are completed, and scheduling services.
  • Type in data provided directly by customers, retrieve data from electronic files, and sometimes verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as needed.
  • Escalate issues and concerns as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Enjoy helping people.
  • Great attention to detail, typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, always in a positive and professional manner
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and databases.
  • Working knowledge of computers, hardware and software, peripheral devices and office equipment.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to research and collect data.
  • Team player.

Education and Experience:

  • Two years of previous tiered support and quality assurance experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
