Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling products using assigned equipment and machinery according to Standard Work instructions.

You will also operate material handling equipment, perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), conduct daily care, safety checks, and preventive maintenance.Responsibilities :

• Assemble products using assigned equipment and machinery according to Standard Work instructions
• Operate material handling equipment
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), daily care, safety checks, and preventive maintenance
• Attend pre-shift meetings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications :

High school degree; or General Educational Development (GED) certification; or equivalent vocational / trade school education in Manufacturing, Production, or related field;

or related production work experience

• Good listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Good math skills
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently with little supervision
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a variable workload (flexible hours)
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
