Qualifications
· 5 years overall IT related experience.
· 3 years working with complex software systems through the full development life cycle, using Agile, DevSecOps, or SAFE methodologies.
· Familiarization with Navy HR systems.
· Experience generating Salesforce interface and/or architectural artifacts preferred.
· Experience with web and data services.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
· Experience in a fast paced, external facing Customer Support or HR department required.
· Experience with functional and/or technical aspects of enterprise commercial off the shelf software packages and custom development.
· Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in team environments and with other business organizations.
