Years’ Experience: 7 years of experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Business, or a related field.

Work Authorization: Must show that applicant is legally permitted to work in the United States.

Clearance: Applicants must be able to meet the requirements to obtain a Secret security clearance. NOTE: United States Citizenship is required to be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance

• Develop and maintain a toolkit of facilitation resources, including workshop agendas, exercise templates, and prototyping materials, to support the design thinking process.
• Train and mentor team members in design thinking and HCD methodologies, enhancing their skills and understanding of user-centric design principles.
