Requirements:- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Property maintenance experience is a plus working with facilities such as schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software systems and web applications
- Reliable and excellent with time management skills
- Possess and maintain valid Drivers’ License
- A desire to grow and contribute to a quickly growing organization
- Self-storage or property management experience is a plus
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test
