This is a "new" position- We seek a creative soul that loves the business (food and beverage), has experience and depth of knowledge and is looking to transition to more of a daytime position with set hours. This position will be an "office" daytime position with 1 evening a week spent working with staff. The position will be approximately 30 hours per week with opportunity for more hours based on ability to take on growing responsibilities. Opportunity for a career track position with a small growing company.
Job Description:
Troubleshoot food and beverage inventories each Monday afternoon
Enter purchases and price updates in toast inventory system
Participate w/ food and beverage orders focused on maximizing cost savings while maintaining high quality products
Update recipes in toast inventory system
Keep recipe books updated
Take responsibility for rolling out bi-weekly food specials- w training and recipes included
Take responsibility for 4 food/ beverage menu changes a year- w training and recipes included
Work with private event manager to keep menus fresh/current
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
