Camaraderie Clubs, a management company started by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, is looking to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for the next generation of Club Member. We own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club.

It’s an exciting time to join our clubs and we are currently seeking a Host for our restaurant to join our team at Spanish Hills Club.

How You Will Make a Difference

As the Host, you are responsible for welcoming customers and ensuring that they receive attentive service.

How you will do it

• Ensures all reservations are set up correctly.
• Ensures all the event signs are on easels and properly presented in the appropriate area.
• Ensures the menus are cleaned and ready to be presented.
• Fills out the Reservation Book properly and neatly.
• Responsible for re-call sheet.
• Stands whenever there is somebody in sight. (Member, guest, employee)
• Seat the members in different sections every time.
• Greet member by their last name.
• Be aware of all upcoming club events and know who is taking the reservation.
• Fills out tickets appropriately: member name, member number, where the member is sitting, and the table number.
• Answer the Host station phone.
• Consistently follows all sanitation-related requirements, including those related to personal hygiene.
• Completes other appropriate assignments made by F&B Managers.

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Open availability - Weekends Holidays a must!
