Accounting Clerk-Part-time
Location: Griffin, GA, 30224
Job Description:
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies/issues in a diplomatic manner.
- Correspond to vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Check inventory from freight log.
- Match invoices to receiving documents.
- Match check remittance to invoices
- Must pass a background check and drug test
Requirements:
- Prefer Associate's degree in accounting or related field
- 2 years of experience in accounting or data entry
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
