Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst- Data Manager in Patuxent River, MD. Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid work/in-office. (see onsite requirements below)
**On-Site Requirements:  On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Position requires onsite support 1 day per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

• Gathers, reviews, and analyzes financial data from databases, systems, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other sources.
• Processes data loads from source systems to load into data warehouse repository.
• Conducts requirements analysis meetings with customers and compiles requirements documentation.
• Develops data design documentation including data mapping and transformation logic instructions to load source data to data warehouse target tables.
• Coordinates and conducts testing of reports, database objects, and related products.
• Creates and maintains metadata for reports.
• Other duties as assigned or required. 

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:

• At least three years experience performing data analysis required
• MS Excel work experience required

Desired:

• SQL and database experience preferred
• Experience processing and/or analyzing financial data preferred

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
Bachelor’s degre or an Associate’s Degree with 4 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
