The Cricket Wireless Assistant Store Manager at Spacetel LLC supports the Store Manager in overseeing the operations and performance of a Cricket Wireless retail store. This role involves assisting with managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store efficiency.
1. Team Support and Leadership: Assisting the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals. Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure staff members deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborating with the Store Manager to conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for employee development.
2. Sales and Customer Service: Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales by monitoring store performance metrics and implementing strategies to increase revenue. Assisting with ensuring that customers receive outstanding service by resolving any issues or complaints promptly.Building strong customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
3. Store Operations: Assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Supporting the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive store environment.
4. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with the Store Manager and marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives. Assisting with identifying opportunities for community engagement to enhance brand awareness. Monitoring competitor activities and providing input on adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
5. Training and Development: Assisting in training new sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies. Supporting ongoing training efforts to enhance the skills and knowledge of the store team. Providing feedback and coaching to improve individual performance.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Assisting with analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Supporting the generation of reports on store performance for management review. Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement action plans based on data analysis to optimize store operations.
The Cricket Wireless Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in driving the success of the retail store. By assisting with team management, sales and customer service, store operations, marketing initiatives, training and development, and reporting and analysis, the Assistant Store Manager contributes to achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient store operations.
