Job Description:
Spacefinish is seeking a diligent and organized Mailroom Clerk to join our team in the USA. The Mailroom Clerk will be responsible for managing all mailroom activities to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and recipients.
Handle outgoing mail, including preparing, packaging, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
Maintain accurate records of mail and package deliveries and shipments.
Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as postage meters and scanners.
Ensure the mailroom is organized, clean, and secure at all times.
Assist with inventory management of mailroom supplies.
Collaborate with other team members to improve mailroom processes and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and external partners.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with mailroom equipment.
Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
