TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.

Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. We are currently seeking MLOps engineers to join our DevOps Competence Center. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and optimize machine learning systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing MLOps pipelines to ensure the scalability and efficiency of our machine learning models. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and Maintaining CI/CD Pipelines: You'll be responsible for creating robust CI/CD pipelines for our data science models. Skills in any of the following Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, Github Actions, or Terraform will come in handy.
• Model Monitoring and Management: Implementing and managing model monitoring systems to ensure peak performance will be key. Experience with ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and ClearML will be valuable.
• Streamlining the MLOps Lifecycle: Your expertise will be critical in automating the MLOps lifecycle, using tools like Kubeflow and Apache Airflow.
• Model Lifecycle Management: You'll design best practices for model management, focusing on version control and rollback strategies. Familiarity with MLFlow, DVC, and Git LFS is desirable.
• Scalability and Reliability: Ensuring that our ML solutions are both scalable and reliable is a priority. Knowledge of Kubernetes (including HA setups), Dask, and Apache Spark will be beneficial.
• Continual Improvement: You'll be continuously evaluating and integrating new technologies and methodologies. Experience with Prefect and Great Expectations would be advantageous.
• Model Serving and Deployment: Implementing effective model serving solutions is part of your role.

Requirements:

• A solid background in any of the following fields is required: MLOps, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, DevOps.
• Advanced knowledge of Git, GitHub Actions, Airflow, Apache Spark, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
• Strong learning ability, analytical thinking, self-drive, ability to meet deadlines, time management, and responsibility.
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages at a conversational level.
