Job Summary:

Integrative Medical & Wellness Center in Greenwich Village seeking a strong supervisor/administrative presence to help grow operations
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, interns, medical assistants and coordination between doctors and other practitioners to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Implement and maintain systems to optimize efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Train and develop team members on proper systems and software
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Pain Management, Aesthetics and Specialist Referrals
- Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical/wellness practice preferred
- Proven track record in team management and supervision
- Strong knowledge of KPI and organisational proficiency
- Familiarity with EHR, software preferred
- 2-3 years experience in a Supervisor/Managerial Position
