Join our team in our seventh decade of delivering mission success. SDL is seeking a highly motivated student to support the Subcontracts team. This is a part time position with a flexible work schedule. Part time work must still be performed during the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm M-F. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain compliance with internal company policies and procedures. Responsibilities of the Subcontract Assistant include, but are not limited to, assisting the Small Business Liaison Officer in small business outreach efforts and subcontract closeouts. This position will also perform basic data entry, assist in file data retention, process subcontract invoices and credits, and perform other office duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:

• Actively working towards an undergraduate degree at Utah State University
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work independently
• Must be US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person
