Job ID: 18253 Key Responsibilities: * Serve as technical lead evaluating and developing multiple special projects for C2BMC
* Support and advise the C2BMC-G Architect, Technical Advisor, and GAMMA lead on development of a global node for C2BMC
* Ability to create strategy and vision, and lead teams to meet objectives directing and performing system engineering and assessments for integration of complex systems
* Prepare technical and strategic program briefings for senior leadership review * Work with internal and external stakeholders on all phases of the system engineering process: requirements definition and management, design, integration, test, and operations
* Develop inputs to and evaluate contractor program baseline planning and execution * Perform technical oversight of classified project development, risk assessments, and contractor performance against requirements * Independently evaluate contractor analyses * Develop Statement of Objectives, Statement of Work and Contract Deliverables descriptions for Government review and approval * Review, comment, and prepare technical responses for the Government on contractor proposals * Writing System Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs)Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 20 years experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a wide range of internal and external customers
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills, quick learner, and demonstrated problem solver
* Able to apply knowledge to complex, practical situations
* BS degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science
* Experience with DoD special access programs
* Experience and history with the Missile Defense Agency
* Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a US government security clearance
* Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
* Active SSBI, SCI, SI/TK
* Some travel is requiredPreferred Qualifications:
* Experience with mission functional framework and operations concept development
* Experience with systems requirements development
* Experience designing test campaigns for systems verification
