Overview: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team during an exciting phase of transformation. As we undergo remodeling to elevate our establishment into a luxurious boutique hotel, we need a hands-on leader to contribute to the successful reopening and subsequent operation. This position requires someone with a strong foundation in hotel management, an adaptable mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Remodeling Support: Collaborate closely with the remodeling team to ensure the seamless integration of hotel operations with the renovation process.
Coordinate with relevant departments to manage the closure and reopening of rooms while minimizing guest impact.

Operational Efficiency: Work closely with department heads to ensure efficient daily operations during the remodeling phase.
Implement strategies to maintain high service standards despite a reduced room inventory.

Team Engagement: Lead by example and foster a positive and adaptive work culture among staff.
Address challenges and concerns arising from the remodeling process, providing support and motivation to the team.

Guest Experience:Oversee guest services during the remodeling, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction.
Implement creative solutions to enhance the guest experience despite the ongoing changes.

Financial Oversight:Assist in budget management, with a focus on optimizing resources during the remodeling phase.
Contribute to revenue generation strategies and cost-control measures.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create pre-launch and post-launch promotional strategies.
Contribute insights to enhance the boutique hotel's brand image during and after the remodeling.

Quality Assurance: Monitor adherence to quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the remodeling team to maintain the aesthetic and functional standards of the boutique hotel.
