**Overview:** Join our team as a Service Advisor at our reputable dealership. We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for automotive service to provide exceptional support to our clients. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers and assess their service needs - Provide recommendations on vehicle maintenance and repair services - Schedule appointments and follow up with customers on service status - Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work - Explain repair estimates and invoices to customers in a clear manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in customer service within an automotive or dealership setting - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair terminologies - Familiarity with oil changes, brake repairs, suspension systems, and diesel engine repairs - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Experience with air brake systems is a plus - Certification as a Service Technician is advantageous If you are a dedicated individual with a background in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills, we invite you to apply for the Service Advisor position at our dealership.

Pay: $64,517.00 - $95,000.00 per year
