Spa Tech Institute's Registrar plays an important role in our student’s overall experience. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our students' academic records, attendance, grades, class enrollments, schedules, and other details necessary to keep our school running smoothly.

To be successful as a registrar, you should have excellent computer literacy with a background in administration, a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

You will be part of a small team that works closely together to achieve clearly defined goals as well as participate in developing innovative solutions.

Our students are creative and nurturing adults with a passion for what they are learning. You play a critical role in supporting them, behind the scenes, by maintaining the necessary data, reporting and documentation from the first day of their enrollment through graduation.

• Good auditing instincts to verify information for completeness and accuracy

• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 8:30-5:30pm and Friday 9:00-1:00pm. There is some flexibility with the schedule if planned in advance.
