Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units (operations, technology, accounting, HR) to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently to management and executive teams
  • Perform both ad-hoc and regularly scheduled analysis and reporting for key business units and products and services to include:
    • In-depth analysis of technology suite to help in identifying challenges and opportunities to improve performance
    • In-depth analysis of service offerings (parking, valet, transportation, etc) to identify and measure challenges and opportunities to improve performance
    • In-depth analysis of business verticals to identify and measure challenges and opportunities to improve performance
  • Identify, measure and report on key performance indicators (KPI) for each business unit, product and service
  • Identify and communicate methods to improving performance of key performance indicators
  • Provide both internal and external analysis of performance of national account program
  • Provide analysis and insight for monthly business reports for the Commercial Division
  • Create, refine, and update metrics and coordinate presentations for Business Review meetings with executive team and/or board of directors
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement new processes and procedures
  • Develop business and technology acumen in order to understand and account for technology transitions and business evolution in financial models
  • Develop methods and rationale for understanding overall location profitability, including allocated revenues and costs
  • Develop independent critical thinking of financial analysis and provide observations and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Perform various duties supporting our financial systems and maintenance as required
  • Perform various financial analyses for senior executives as required
  • Assist in executive team and board presentation preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Finance, Data Analytics or related field
  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a FP&A environment preferred
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (SQL database or Hyperion/Essbase experience a plus)
  • Experience mining data from multiple/large data sources and creating actionable reports outlining financial results, trends and ad hoc analyses
  • Experience with data visualization
  • High proficiency in technical writing
