The Work You'll Do:

Not sure what to do with your degree in underwater basket weaving? Do you want to change careers and you don’t know where to start? Did your life take you on a path that didn’t include post-secondary education and you are worried about what your career might look like? Worried that you don’t have tax experience? Stop worrying! There is no specific experience needed for this role aside from being a person with strong commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiasm, and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibility will be to interact daily with both buyers and logistics professionals to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. This is an opportunity to blend data entry skills with a patient and customer-focused approach.

Success and job satisfaction in this role are greatly enhanced by a cooperative and adaptable personality, along with a comfort level operating in a fast-paced environment. It is important to note, because we want to make sure you understand what you are signing up for here, this role primarily involves providing outstanding customer service and data entry, with no sales or marketing responsibilities. What We Need From You:

• High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
• An exhibited passion for customer service
• Demonstrated success in delivering results & proactively overcoming obstacles
• Committed to being a team player
• Background working in an office setting in a customer service capacity
• Wine and Spirits knowledge is a plus
• Due to client contractual obligations– the successful candidate will have to clear a background check and drug test
