We are seeking an full time front desk team member. This team member should have great communication skills and create a great first impression of our dental team.
Job Duties Include:
- Greet Patients.
- Answer phones
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits and explanation of coverage
- Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables
