Position Summary

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) seeks a registered nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit.

This fulltime position comes with a $10,000.00 sign on retention bonus. The shift is Nights 7pm-7am or 11pm-7:30am, 3-12's or 5-8's choose your schedule! Shift differential includes from 7p-11p $1.50 per hour and from 11p-7a $7.00 per hour, weekends include $2.00 more per hour! 

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care.

 Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nursing License by date of employment
• Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire

 Desired Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred

• Prior nursing experience preferred
