Southwestern Vermont Health Care is Hiring a Registered Nurse W & C Near Bennington, VT

The RN for Women's and Children's Services is responsible for providing nursing care to obstetric and pediatric patients. In coordination with physicians, providers, and care team the RN develops, discusses and communicates a care plan for each patient. The RN also performs patient and caregiver education to ensure informed patient decision can be made, including, but not limited to medication side effects, treatment options, discharge instructions, reportable conditions and ranges of services.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelors of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred. Prior nursing experience preferred. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nurse license by date of employment required. Current Health Care Provider (BLS) certification required.
