Southwestern Vermont Medical Center seeks Licensed Practical Nurse's to support our Intensive Care Unit. Per diem hours, shifts include 11p-7a or 7p-7a weekdays or weekends! 

Under a provider's direction, the LPN is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing-processed based care/services patients.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing License by date of employment required.
• Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
