Southwestern Mental Health is Hiring a Mental Health Professional Near Worthington, MN

Mental Health Professional – Licensed or Clinical Trainee
Southwestern Mental Health Center is currently seeking applications for a Minnesota - Licensed, or Licensable (Clinical trainee) Mental Health Professional. This position is located in our Worthington, MN office and provides individual, family and group counseling, employee assistance services, critical incident stress management, crisis response, community education and agency consultation services.
Office hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Education:
Master’s (Required) or graduating soon
License/Certification:
Licensed – LICSW, LMFT, LPCC – Minnesota license or ability to attain a Minnesota License.
Clinical Trainee – Master’s Degree graduate or soon to be graduate working towards Minnesota licensure.

For Unlicensed Clinician seeking licensure: We provide the licensure & supervision necessary to sit for the exam at no cost to the clinical trainee.
Student Loan Repayment: National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program (NHSC): Southwestern Mental Health Center qualifies as a provider for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program (NHSC). Application window opens in late winter/early spring each year for licensed staff. If accepted for the loan repayment program, you could qualify for student loan repayment awards for a two-year or four-year commitment.
Insurance – Medical (HSA plan, employer contributes $100 per month), Dental, Vision insurance, Retirement plan; and employer paid – Group Term Life, Short and Long Term Disability insurance.
Staff Development:
Licensed - $1,000 annually to be used for licenses, continuing education, training, etc.
Unlicensed - $500 annually to be used for continuing education, training, etc.
Professional Liability Insurance: provided at no cost to you by Southwestern Mental Health Center. Coverage: $1,000,000 each claim/$3,000,000 aggregate.
