Southwest Waste is built on over 50 years of combined experience in the waste and recycling industry. We are looking for experienced full- time Roll Off Drivers to join our team as our business expands. The work is local no overnights.
We offer - Competitive wages, weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, PTO - Eligible for $5000 sign on bonus. Relocation reimbursement may apply.

- English (Required)
- Class A or B (Required)
- Previous Roll Off Driving Experience 1 year
- 3 years’ experience (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Ability to track work on a tablet
Job Description
- Roll Off experience is required.
- Candidate must be willing to keep his truck clean inside and perform daily fluid services.
- Incentive pay
- Must have a license and pass DOT requirements
- Positive attitude and work well with others as part of a team
- Be prepared for a road test after the interview
