Job Description:

The Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. This role entails optimizing patient care protocols, ensuring fiscal prudence, and nurturing a proficient workforce through strategic recruitment and training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to orchestrate seamless patient care workflows and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide oversight of clinic operations, delegating tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Keep providers abreast of emerging processes and technological advancements to streamline clinic operations.
  • Spearhead the procurement process for essential supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels to support clinical operations.
