Job Description:

The Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. This role entails optimizing patient care protocols, ensuring fiscal prudence, and nurturing a proficient workforce through strategic recruitment and training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to orchestrate seamless patient care workflows and appointment scheduling.
• Provide oversight of clinic operations, delegating tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
• Keep providers abreast of emerging processes and technological advancements to streamline clinic operations.
• Spearhead the procurement process for essential supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels to support clinical operations.
• Direct the maintenance and upkeep of clinic equipment to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and performance assessment of clinic personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Jump in and assist with medical assisting, patient services, and other clinic roles as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements:
