Southwest Montana Community Health Center (SWMTCHC) is seeking a contract Medical Director to join the movement of fulfilling our mission; “Inspire hope and empower wellness by providing access to comprehensive health care” and vision; “A stronger Montana through community and wellness.”

At SWMTCHC we strive to provide outstanding integrated care in a community health center setting while developing those around us to ensure increased access to primary care throughout Southwestern Montana.
SWMTCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) that focuses on team-based healthcare where our providers work within a support team to ensure our patients are receiving full wrap around care. Our teams include Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Providers, Care Managers, Dentists, and Clinical and Retail Pharmacy.
