Responsibilities

Maintains physical condition of the warehouse while assisting in daily warehouse operational tasks. Responsible for maintaining inventory, reporting issues to supervisor(s), and shipping / receiving of parts and systems.

The Warehouse Technician will play a critical role in maintaining high customer service levels and operational consistency.

Duties

Moving parts / tools to storage areas, picking orders from warehouse stock, and managing warehouse inventory.

Assist with packaging parts / systems for shipping, source shipping quotes, label and prepare items correctly.

Inspecting the quality of items being returned and reporting damaged or missing inventory to supervisor(s).

Operating various warehouse equipment and machinery and conducting or scheduling maintenance repairs as needed. Includes handling and operating necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.

Maintaining warehouse inventory and reporting it, as necessary.

Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards.

Work as an active team member to complete team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent and must be 18 years of age or older.

Strong command of the English language including verbal and written communication skills.

Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during workday and able to lift 50 pounds.

Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.

Evidence of a safety first attitude.

Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications like Outlook (email), Word, and Excel.
