Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk and/or Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
- Experience with medication administration or willingness to learn
- Basic life support certification preferred
- Strong understanding of patient service
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Room and check in patients

-Phlebotomy skills

Pay: $17.22 - $20.74 per hour
