Responsibilities Gulfport Behavioral Health System (a UHS facility) : Gulfport Behavioral Health System, is a 90-bed psychiatric hospital offering child, adolescent, adult and military service behavioral health programs and treatment services.

For more information, please visit us at Position Summary : Join a team where the Part-Time Receptionist greets and assists hospital visitors, answers the multi-line switchboard, documents incoming deliveries, processes incoming and outgoing mail and provides clerical support as requested.

The Receptionist may prepare deposits, prepares monthly statements for mailing, assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions during after-hours shifts.

This is a part-time benefit eligible position (28 hours / week). Hours are Monday-Friday 5 : 30 p.m.-11 : 00 p.m. Qualifications Education : High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience : Two years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
