Seeking Full time Receptionist/Client Representative
We are looking to expand our team! This is the perfect position for someone with excellent client communication skills and a great attitude. Must be able to do the following:
Answer phone in a timely manner
Multitask
Have a cheerful outlook and a go-getter attitude
Work well with others
Computer savvy (We currently use AVIMARK)
Learn quickly
Have prior veterinary knowledge
Know/Learn different diets
Send emails/fax/scan
May be asked to help retrain an animal
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Customer Service Skills are a must
We do believe in teaching and expanding skills always! We follow a very high standard of care.
We do have 2 hospital locations (Summerlin/Pine Ridge, and 6 Mile/Winkler). We are looking for someone flexible in schedule and location (minimum 4 full days per week, and ½ day on certain Saturdays)
We offer bonuses and incentives, as well as holiday pay. Our goal is to be productive, but also have fun while doing it. We have a positive atmosphere and are looking forward to adding to the team!
Must have a minimum 1 year experience
